All the King's Horses

For the Twenties, this is a pretty forward-looking way to explain
electricity to kids. The "Horse power" theme was a novel way to catch
young folks' attention. As agitprop, it surely matches anything the
Soviets had at the time. Cinematicially, the shot from UNDER the horse
stampede feels ahead of its time. As for the title cards there's some
nice writing, esp toward the end;
