New Bat vehicle for Dark Knight Rises?

A keen-eyed fan has spotted what may well be a new vehicle based on Batman's usual mode of transport: The Tumbler.The picture above was taken by Ross Petrocelli, who was watching the Pittsburgh shoot for The Dark Knight Rises at the Wabash Tunnel.Could this be an update of the Batwing, as seen in Tim Burton/Michael Keaton'sBatman?
